Request an evaluation

Evaluations are conducted nationwide over secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, and payment plans are available. Here is how a case moves from a first message to a finished report.

How the evaluation runs

  1. 01You send the case details

Tell us who you are, the case type and what is happening. An attorney referring a client sends the same details through the same form.

  2. 02A session is scheduled

Sessions run over secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, so a family in any state can be seen without travelling.

  3. 03You sit with a psychologist

You talk through your history, your circumstances and how you are now. Most sessions are held in Spanish; interpreter access is available when another language is needed.

  4. 04The report is written and filed

Findings are documented with validated clinical methods and forensic standards, then written for review by USCIS, immigration courts and the counsel filing the petition.

What to have ready

  • The petition you are filing under — asylum, U visa, T visa, VAWA, hardship or SIJS.
  • Your attorney's name and contact, if you already have counsel.
  • A private place with an internet connection for the telehealth session.

If you're the attorney referring

Reports are produced with validated clinical methods and forensic standards, and they are written for review by USCIS, immigration courts and counsel.

The findings are impartial. They are not shaped toward a desired conclusion, which is what makes them worth filing.
